Team 1, Concept THE OASIS What do real people do on Toronto's grand avenue? A boulevard for all tastes and all seasons.

Team 3, Concept THE RAVINE The median becomes the hub for walking, public transit, and open access to Queen's Park.

Team 2 Concept THE FLOW Ribbons of meandering public space. Green rooftops bring patients and hospital staff closer to nature.
