DIAC Design Advisory Service

In 2009, DIAC launched the Design Advisory Service with support from the National Research Council’s Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). This hands-on design auditing and advisory service is focused on helping innovation-driven SMEs to integrate design with their business strategy to improve commercialization success and ensure longterm resiliency. DIAC expert design team provides a design audit and one week of design consultancy services for each company that qualifies for the services. DIAC’s team supervises the projects and will document the results in a series of case studies (to be published here summer 2010) to highlight the benefits of strategic design interventions.
